How To Cure Allergic-rhinitis


Allergic Rhinitis is a common chronic disease. As one who is prone to allergies gets exposed to allergens such as dust, pollen, grass, bad smell and the likes the symptoms start and the misery begins. Who would be happy with runny and itchy nose accompanied by headache and constant sneezing? Isn’t it disturbing and embarrassing to sneeze and blow your nose all the time? Won’t you feel upset with heavy head and watery eyes ? Indeed, Allergic Rhinitis is a killjoy. It is so irritating that you can’t manage to smile at all.

It is quite sad to note

that many people are afflicted with Allergic-Rhinitis. It comes mostly in the morning as a person wakes up or at anytime he gets in contact with any particular allergen. How does this affect the performance of daily activities of those who suffer? The affect is too bad that some are restricted to the point of not being able to perform at all.

But why suffer all your life when there is a way to manage this problem. My own experience is my proof that allergic-rhinitis can be avoided. This is the way to do it:

First, you have to drink apple cider vinegar and raw honey at least twice a day. Add a spoonful of raw honey and a spoonful of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. You may add up the amount of the ingredients in accordance with your taste. You have to make this a habit whether or not you have the symptoms of allergies. You should also drink more water everyday.

Secondly, do a neck and head exercise twice or thrice a day. There are 3 kinds of exercises to perform. Make sure that in all these exercises you are sitting up straight and comfortably on a chair and breathing normally. Follow these excises:

  1. With your eyes open and drop down your head to your
    chest then lift upward till you see the ceiling. Do this 12 times.
  2.  Using the same position, with eyes open and looking frontward bend your neck from side to side. It can be from right to left or left to right whichever you prefer. Do it 12 times also.
  3. Third and last exercise is the roll around or neck rotation. Still in the same position, with eyes open, take a deep breath and then release it slowly as you bend your head to the right then slowly roll your head upward as you move toward the left direction and bend it toward your left shoulder while breathing normally. Repeat this 3 times in the same direction then do the same starting from the left for 3 times as well. To avoid dizziness do the exercise slowly. You may do this for 5 times and gradually increase the number from day to day.

Stop taking anti-histamine. It could perhaps give some relief to some but it does not really solve the problem. And besides, synthetic medicine will in the long run give bad side effects. Avoid bad side effects by going all- natural. If you do these all natural methods religiously, you surely will reap the rewards. It takes just patience and perseverance. So start now and be rewarded.
